Parties
The Provider: IntelliVoss (Pty) Ltd (Reg No: 2026/277304/07)
The Customer: The person or entity subscribing to the Q5000 Service
License Grant
IntelliVoss grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Q5000 software for business purposes, specifically for generating quotes and managing licenses.
Fees & Payment
Prices are quoted in ZAR. VAT is currently 0% as per Section 23 of the VAT Act. Prices may be updated from time to time — customers will be notified in advance of any changes.
Data & Privacy (POPIA)
Customer data uploaded to Q5000 remains the property of the Customer. IntelliVoss processes this data only to provide the service and maintains security measures as required by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Limitation of Liability
Q5000 is a tool to assist in business calculations. IntelliVoss does not guarantee that the outputs (quotes/licenses) will be error-free. The Customer is responsible for final verification of all generated documents. IntelliVoss's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the preceding 3 months.
Termination
Month-to-month agreement. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
